 We have six offices located throughout Northwest Indiana to better serve you. The Crown Point Office houses Administration, Patient Accounts and Human Resources.

Our entire staff of oncologists at Cancer Health Treatment Centers are available on staff at numerous affiliated hospitals in the surrounding community.
